For individuals and restaurants our delivery area is limited a 50 mile radius in both Austin and Dallas. If you are not in this area feel free to reach out to us to make pick up arrangements.

Buying a half or whole cow is the most cost effective way to fill your freezer with our quality meat. With our vacuum sealed packaging the beef will keep in your freezer for up to a year! If ordered in advance we will customize your order.

The Cattleman's Special is an assortment of 40 pounds of ground beef, 4 Ribeye Steaks, 4 New York Strip Steaks, 4 Filet Mignons, 5 roasts, and a special butcher cut.
